The 16th Asian Games is carried out in Guangzhou , on 12th November, 2010, China . Guangzhou is the second city to obtain the right to host the Asian Games in China . The 10th Asian disabled will be held after Guangzhou Asian Games. Except 28 Olympics Games, there are aslo 13 entries not including games. Such as Dragon Boat, Kung fu and so on. Mascots are five goats, because Guangzhou also calls “ Five Goats City ”. If you visit it, it will be a lively scene.
Guangzhou is the capital of Guangdong Province , the political and cultural center.
There are a lot of Lingnan cultures in Guangzhou . Lingnan culture is an important component of Chinese culture. For example, drama, music, handwriting, folk art and so on.
