‘ What is a war ? ’ Do you think you can answer this question accurately ? Yes , the literal meaning of this word is quite easy. Almost everyone can answer it in his or her own words. Yet, do you really understand what a war is ? Maybe you don't, do you. Then , let’s recall a recent war, Iraq War. On March 20th 2003, America declared war on Iraq without any agreement from the United Nations. Although a lot of countries were against this war, they still couldn’t change Bush’s mind. Why did the US president want to attack this middle east country ? The answer was very clear. He wanted to control that area easily. But what did he say to the world ? ‘We are sure that there are a lot of weapons of mass destruction.’ So , the war started with this sham. 来自：作文大全The people there were not able to work like before. The children couldn’t go to school like us. More and more Iraqi lost their families in this war. Their cities were bombed by the American soldiers. It was really cruel to those innocent people especially the women, the old men and the children. They all had their own families like us before. They lived happily before.
