Details Decide Succeed

Every achiever can become successful, because they have tried hard, they have insisted on holding their dreams. but, the most important thing, I think, is whether you have noticed the details.
In a test, maybe the questions are easy for us. but why we can’t get a perfect score each time? Why do we always find that the mistakes which we have made are easy to answer? I think, the details is the key.
Probably,you think the questions are so easy that you take pride in it. You will finish them as quickly as you can. Afterwards you get nothing to do and stare blankly. And after passing the papers out, you’ll feel regret and begin to complain about the test.
We all know the saying,” the one percent mistakes will become the totally failure.” It means that we must do everything with our hearts.
One day, a company wanted some gifted persons. Quite a lot of people want to get this job. but only one was wanted by the boss. When he went into the boss’s office, he closed the door quietly. He saw a piece of paper on the floor, and then, he bended down and picked it up. He threw it into the trash can after that. The boss thought highly of him, because the man has noticed the details. You know, the details decide succeed.
In my opinion, the details is the key to succeed.
细节决定成败

成功者之所以能成功，是因为他们付出过努力，是因为他们坚持自己的梦想。但，我认为，最重要的是你是否注意到了细节。
在一场考试之中，或许题目对于我们来说很简单。但为什么我们总拿不了满分呢？为什么我们总在最简单的地方犯错误呢？我认为，细节是关键。
或许，你觉得这些题目对于你来说太简单了，以至于你得意于此。于是，你就会很快得写完。然后，你就会无所事事，睁着眼睛愣神儿。当考试卷发下来的时候，你就会感到后悔，抱怨连连。
我们都知道这句话：“1%的错误会导致100%的失败”。它告诉我们，做每一件事都要用心。
一天，一家公司招聘人才。很多人都想得到这份工作。但只有一个人被聘。当他走进老板的办公室时，轻轻地关上门。看见地上有一片纸屑，于是，他蹲下来，捡起纸屑，扔进了垃圾桶。老板器重他，是因为他注意了细节。细节决定成败，你知道的。
我的观点，细节是成功的关键。
