这天早晨，我听不到汽车开过的声音，只能听到刮风和下雨的声音。
雨好像是从天上倒下来的一盆水一样，小小的雨伞根本无法帮助行人挡住雨水。雨一次又一次的击打这我家的窗户，窗户发出了“劈劈啪啪“的声音。
我再次看公路上，行人都撑着雨伞，把裤子卷到膝盖上，以免裤子会弄湿。公路上虽然是有车在开，可是那些都是防台的警车、工程车。大多数的私车动都不敢动。有的车浸在水里开不起来了，被拖车拉走。
更远的公路上积满了雨水。部队里派出了好几个士兵，抬里一艘救生艇，来救被困在水里的行人。他们把救生艇推到受困的行人旁边，帮助行人坐上去，然后一步一步地推倒没被水淹的高处。
再往河里看看，水的颜色变成了土黄色了。水面上有几只鸭子，被湍急的水流冲走了，游也游不回来。水位也涨高了许多，把几块低地给淹没了。河面上，时不时的会出现小旋涡，把河面上的水葫芦卷到了河底。
台风对我们的危害真大啊！
只要我们爱护环境，不乱扔垃圾就不会出现这种恶劣的天气。
