The school sports meet is coming soon. I will take part in the race standing for my class. To win the race, I've made a plan for it.
First for physical training, I will have hours of body exercise every day. The time I spend on it will be increased day by day. And I will take some strength-training exercises regularly, such as weight-lifting. Furthermore, 8-hour sleep each day will keep me energetic all the time.
Secondly, I'll keep a nutrient-rich diet for meals. I suppose adequate beef, meat and fish can be help. Taking enough vegetables and fruits will certainly be good for my body, too. And having enough water and soft drinks in time makes the circulation of the inner body perfect.
With all the preparations above I'm determined to make, it's probable to win the race for me. And the glory belongs to all our class as well. Bless me!
